Set in the lush Tweed Valley hinterland, our retreat is designed to reinvigorate the body, mind and spirit.
Start your day with yoga, a rainforest walk, a magnesium spa or a lazy coffee, then after a delicious breakfast, learn more about topics we love, including astrology and the moon’s cycles, healing with reflexology, feng shui activators for love and luck, crystals and intention setting.
Our classes and workshops will leave you feeling motivated, uplifted and inspired – and best of all, your new skills can be practiced at home.
