WELLBEING

Your enthusiasm can be contagious, but don’t overdo it. Shared walks and social sports, like netball, tennis and pickleball, are perfect ways to stay active, especially through autumn. Hypnosis and relaxation apps might also hit the spot, along with outdoorsy excursions and cruisey weekend escapes. If an interest in spiritual worlds has taken hold, this really is the year to delve deeper. Yoga retreats, meditation classes, it’s all good.
