Taurus 2019 stars: year ahead

As Uranus settles into your sign (for the next 7 years), a desire to change or transform your life will begin to intensify. An adventurous holiday or big-ticket purchase might set the ball rolling, and it’s just the beginning. Money-wise, 2019 might prove to be a bumper year, so brush up those investing skills or learn more about the property market; with an inheritance or payout in the pipeline, extra insights should come in handy.

Health & welbeing

Ready to embrace a more active lifestyle? From March 7 it’s out with the old (and boring!) and in with the new. Your actions may surprise less adventurous souls, but whether it’s hot yoga or exotic holidays, leaving your comfort zone should feel liberating. Let natural settings sooth your soul through autumn, then look for ways to combine travel, food and health. If winter proves a little too indulgent, October’s health-oriented stars might be just what the doctor ordered!

Recharge those batteries while you can, for autumn will brimming over with social events; your birthday might even bring a magical surprise. Spring’s energetic patterns could propel parents into coaching or fundraising roles, while for couples, a shared pastime might really click. As the proverb so aptly says, the family that plays together stays together!

Taurus food & fitness style

Good food, fine wine … life’s little luxuries are best appreciated by the discerning Taurian (it’s no coincidence that a disproportionate number of chefs share your sign), but don’t overdo it. If you’re watching your waistline, why not experiment with Japanese dishes or use smaller plates to trick the eye?

Being the zodiac’s foodie, regular exercise is essential for you. Anything involving music should hit the spot, so why not try dance classes or pump up the volume at home?

As an earthy sign, outdoorsy activities like tennis, riding and bush walking should recharge your body and your soul. If walking alone bores you, grab a friend or fill an ipod with your favourite tunes.

Taurus crystals and gemstones

Aquamarine, emerald (your birth stone and the symbol of successful love), rose quartz, rhodonite, sapphire, topaz, tourmaline. I you’d like to order crystals email  jennyblume@iprimus.com.au … I often have a few in stock.

Taurus travel style

If it doesn’t feel, taste and look good, forget it. For Taurians, the perfect holiday should relax the body and satisfy the senses. Delicious food is a prerequisite, along with plenty of pampering: spas, massages, facials … and that’s just for starters.
