Leo 2019 stars: year ahead

Some years bring toil and trouble, but others are made for fun and self-expression (and for many Lions, this is one of them!). Injecting more joy into life might become this year’s mission, and best of all, the good vibes should prove catchy. Delays may slow you down through autumn, but the cosmos wants you to get it right. By September 2019, your efforts should begin to flourish and reap rewards, so stick with it!

Health & wellbeing

Feeling a little flat? The January 6 eclipse should help to pump you up, but until then, kick back and relax. As Mars awakens your inner Lioness, the call of the wild will be strong: outdoor pursuits should resonate, along with adventurous people and off-the-grid getaways. Through autumn, nostalgic pastimes will wind back time, while for singles, team sports could raise the heartbeat. Use essential oils to support sleep and try reducing chemicals. Healthy home, healthy you.

Family

After a busy few months, January’s lighter, brighter vibe should come as a relief. And best of all, as Jupiter stimulates your leisure sector, the whole family should the positive effects. For parents, it’s time to pass on a few skills: cooking classics, bedroom makeovers, veggie growing, it’s all good. Autumn’s romantic winds could send couples on a magical getaway (or a second honeymoon), while winter might bring a full-scale holiday. Look out for a late-summer deal!

Attract abundance

– Markets or party-plan selling might prove lucrative
– Light up your home’s prosperity zone in the south east

Leo food & fitness style

Leos aren’t known for their love of moderation. But forget the old ‘feast or famine’ approach and instead aim for high-energy meals that include plenty of protein. Cooking is a creative outlet for you, so look for unusual tableware and serving platters and turn everyday meals into feasts.

As kids, little Lions are bounding with energy, so if you’ve become sedentary with age, look to childhood for inspiration. Active yoga, like ashtanga or power, might awaken your inner gymnast, or if you’re feeling brave, why not learn tango or circus skills? In the end though, anything involving people or fun is perfect: group walks, gym classes, team sports, it’s all good.

Leo gemstones and crystals

Carnelian, cat’s or tiger’s eye, citrine (like the sun’s rays), golden beryl, orange calcite, clear quartz, rhodochrosite, ruby, topaz. I you’d like to order any crystals please email me at jennyblume@iprimus.com.au … I often have a few in stock.

Leo travel style

This energetic sign loves excitement and adventure, but rather than roughing it, luxury and glamour are more their style. Of course, if adrenaline is involved they’re likely to be first in line. Rollercoasters, theatre tours, bungee jumps, it’s all good.
